Managing an accommodation facility requires more than practical experience. In an increasingly competitive HoReCa sector, clear managerial skills, efficient organization, and responsible decisions adapted to current market demands are needed.
In this context, the Constanta Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Navigation and Agriculture is preparing to organize, for the first time, the Hotel Manager course, a training program necessary to obtain the tourism license.
The course is aimed at people who:
• manage or want to manage accommodation units;
• coordinate the activity of a hotel;
• want to strengthen their managerial role in the HoReCa field.
The program is scheduled for April 2026, and the exact period of implementation will be communicated soon, depending on the composition of the group.
Through this initiative, CCINA Constanța responds to the need for professionalization of hotel management and supports the development of the skills necessary for the efficient management of accommodation structures.
