The seminar is organized in a hybrid format
- with physical participation, at the “Ovidius” conference room of CCINA Constanţa (185 A Alex.Lăpuşneanu Blvd., 2nd floor);
- with online participation, based on an access password, sent by the organizers.
Topic
I. Tax news applicable starting with 2026;
II. New restrictions in the operation of companies. Net accounting assets and endowment with modern means of payment;
III. Elements with tax incidence regarding the calculation of corporate income tax, provisions, non-deductible expenses, non-taxable income, reinvested profit;
IV. VAT recap;
V. Microenterprise income tax recap;
VI. Tax recap due by non-residents in Romania;
VII. Free discussions on various topics by seminar participants.

Participation fee
- 410 lei / person plus VAT for CCINA member companies
- 410 lei / person plus VAT for online participation
- 460 lei / person plus VAT for non-CCINA member companies
