The Constanta Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Navigation and Agriculture, in collaboration with the Union of Shipping Companies of Romania (USER) Bucharest, is organizing the course „Risks – Responsibilities – Practical Solutions: Avoiding Losses and Increasing Profitability„, which will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026, between 10:00 and 16:00.
The course will be held in a hybrid format, with physical participation at the „Ovidius” Hall of CCINA Constanța (185A Alexandru Lăpușneanu Blvd., 2nd floor), as well as online, through the Cisco Webex platform, based on an access password sent by the organizers.
An applied course for transport and logistics professionals
The program is designed as a practical insurance course, addressed to the entire transport and logistics chain. The topic addresses the real risks encountered in current activity and concrete solutions for preventing losses and increasing profitability.

- the structure of the logistics chain and the responsibilities of the participants;
- risks specific to transport and logistics;
